Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning items purchased from us.

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@drawingtheway.com to obtain a Return Policy Autorization Number (RPAN). Returns made without an RPAN number will not be accepted.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personalized or customized items.
